Great Effect. I Wonder how we can make it manually..???
it’s possible to make it manually with photoshop, but takes a longer time. I prefer use photofunia for quick solution
Thank you for sharing, photofunia is a really cool site. I use also http://FunPhotoBox.com It has similar functionality. The only difference that it allows to edit user’s photo after upload. I think photofunia and funphotobox are the best sites of this type.

Photofunia is awesome. One more site which actually can make your face beautiful, by removing blemishes, acne spots, marks, etc… PinkMirror.com. It is too good for a free app.
