Great Effect. I Wonder how we can make it manually..???
it’s possible to make it manually with photoshop, but takes a longer time. I prefer use photofunia for quick solution :D
Thank you for sharing, photofunia is a really cool site. I use also http://FunPhotoBox.com It has similar functionality. The only difference that it allows to edit user’s photo after upload. I think photofunia and funphotobox are the best sites of this type. :)

Photofunia is awesome. One more site which actually can make your face beautiful, by removing blemishes, acne spots, marks, etc… PinkMirror.com. It is too good for a free app.
